Centrally located, a short walk away from Sky Train & Metro.An excellent & a good size swimming pool on 14th floor rooftop view of the city skyline. VERY spacious & quiet apartment. I would return to stay on next visit, for sure.

Good wifi connectivity.

Concierge on duty is always helpful and receptive. He doubled as driver of the shuttle bus to/from hotel. He was very helpful in loading our luggage from room to our ride.

Property is old and may need some restoration and/or repair. We like the traditional dark wood fixtures but the lighting can be replaced to white light to brighten the room.Inspection should be done to ensure all fittings are in working condition.....our hose of our bath tub is leaking the whole length. The first room we got was not thoroughly clean....food residue in fridge, washer/dryer in dire condition. Room was dusty.Our same floor guest smoked weed. So it was quite impossible to be at the balcony to enjoy the sights. Frequently too the hallway reeked.

Walkable to café and restaurant, quiet, good air conditioning. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was very nice and if you have a pet, there is an outdoor area to sit and eat.

No area to really walk your pet unless you go out on the street. But this is typical in that area, not the hotel's fault.

Excellent location, near to Terminal 21 and Asoke BTS station. Very calm, quiet and sophisticated neighborhood. Loved the property.

The bed was a little bit hard to be a king size bed. Not excessively so, but enough to be noticed.

The room they gave me is not like the one in the picture. Old school washing machine. Stingy on complementary water

Big appartment with living room, dining area and separate bedroom and two bathrooms, the kitchen has the essentials if you wish to cook. It’s in the Heart of the Sukhumvit area and Nana station. Staff are always kind and caring and ready to accommodate your stay in ease.

Excellent Location. Room was big and clean. WiFi quality was excellent. Staff was very helpful.

Toothpaste + Toothbrush was missing. Lights were insufficient. Only one universal plug point.

Since I was traveling with two cats with specific dietary needs, I was able to leave them separately in two rooms which was perfect. Great location as everything I needed was walking distance. Also very friendly staff.

Room & living 80 meter square has all the facilities clear very high-quality service even the price affordable recommended the stuff were kind helpful the reception team gave me positive vibes. & energy love it

It was a great hotel to spend a few days in. It was exactly like an apartment for the suite. We were able to wash clothes and cook meals in the kitchen. Also, both tv's were of good size, and the room had two bathrooms with plenty of room. We will be booking this hotel again when we come back.

As a returning customer we had to move rooms three times to get a room that vaguely resembled what we had booked and expected from our last trip. The first room has no facilities and the second would have been the noisiest room in the hotel.In the end the room we ended up with had a washing machine that was old and dirty, no dryer and bidet as advertised on your web site.Very poor meet and greet by your duty manager.Broken shower mixer with low water pressure. Very uncomfortable couch and bed.

Expecting basic comfort. The room stayed freezing even after switching off the A.C., because the cold air was centrally controlled. The technician tried to act smart and fool us by saying stripping the A.C. unit would fix it -clearly just trying to dodge the issue. Nothing changed, and we had to spend the night shivering. Very disappointing and dishonest experience.

It was very confortable and clean and the staff was super nice.

Good value in a good location. Large rooms and great staff.

Pool was a bit of a let down.

The rooms are spacious and even with the road next to it quiet.The staff is very friendly, i felt very welcomed.
